Born in Taos, New Mexico, I moved around a lot living in different states such as Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New York and Virginia. Since childhood I’ve always felt, sensed and heard spirits around; which used to scare me. As an empath I could always sense what others around me felt. At times, it was difficult to distinguish if what I was feeling was actually my own or the energy of spirits or those around me. I always choose to see the good in people but soon realized that their actions & words rarely aligned with what I saw inside their Spirit/Soul .

Growing up I suffered through depression, anxiety, anger, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and mental abuse, abandonment, neglect and trauma. I was baptized as a Catholic when I was a baby but never really attended church until my 20’s and 30’s where I was baptized again into Christianity. In my 30’s, still struggling with alcohol & drugs, I was checked into a Christian Recovery Home for 9 months where god’s word was my daily bread. We spent eight hours a day in a classroom reading god’s word and self help books. That is where my passion began in wanting to help others who’ve struggled in darkness and pain like myself to lead them to the light.

With that passion burning deep inside me I took classes on Church History, Theology, Charismatic Christianity so that I may be able to teach and preach to others. However, I soon realized that Religion kept me in a restrictive box. I was curious in other aspects of Spirituality which are considered “sinful” in the eyes of the church. I eventually fell out of alignment with the Church and back into my darkness as I went through a divorce and had to start my life over from nothing. As a single mother I struggled to take care of my two daughters and work a full time job. I quickly became a robot to this world as I numbed myself through alcohol & drugs.

My eyes were again opened up to my spirituality with my sister’s help, and I then began a self propelled journey towards my self healing. That is when I started facing my demons, began healing my wounds and finding that light and Holy Spirit within. I started getting into alignment with my chakras, connecting with my guides, angels and ancestors. Soon the gifts that had been suppressed since childhood began to resurface. Today, my goal is to help guide others from their darkness and pain into healing and finding their own light, truth, gifts and purpose.
